Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, spoke to KCRA 3 on Tuesday. The institute is the group fighting Michael Newdow, a Sacramento athiest who wants the government to remove the words "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance and "In God We Trust" from U.S. currency.
